Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is a regular-priced item.
  • The item has a quality defect or damage upon arrival.
  • We sent you the wrong item (e.g., you ordered a Size S but received a Size M).

Non-Returnable Reasons

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • The style does not suit you.
  • You ordered the wrong size.
  • The item does not meet your personal expectations.
  • Any other subjective reasons.

Timeframe and Return Process

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, you must contact us and initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Please contact us at info@aurajex.com to arrange the return.
  • Items must be shipped back via ebuy or SF Express.

Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the returned item must meet strict condition guidelines:

  • It must be brand new, unworn, and unwashed.
  • It must be free of any damage, stains, or marks.
  • The original packaging must be completely intact.
  • It must be completely free of any added scents, including perfume, body odor, or laundry detergent.

Refund Method (Store Credit)

For eligible returns of regular-priced items, the refund will be issued as a Gift Card (Store Credit). This will be sent to your email and can be used on your next purchase.

Note: Any future orders placed using a return gift card are considered final sale and will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges.
